摘要
随着生活的提高以及对肉食的需要,使得蓄畜养殖趋向规模化,所以对蓄畜的生活环境的要求越发的严格,为了满足禽舍环境的需求设计一种新的基于单片机的禽舍环境的控制系统,以STM32F407ZGT6来作为实施控制整套系统的核心处理器,采用热风炉为核心的供热系统提供禽舍冬季所需热量,采用DS18B20进行温度检测为控制温度检测传递数据,采用AM2305数字温湿度传感器检测湿度为控制温度采集参数,采用热风机以及喷雾式加湿器进行禽舍温度以及湿度的控制,采用实时时钟DS1307对时间及检测数据进行记录,以及用来作为环境更改的依据,可以采用蜂鸣器作为报警装置,综合所有检测的数据利用BP神经网络PID算法来调节控制禽舍内的温湿度,达到家禽的每个生长环节所需的合理的温湿度保证家禽健康的生长。
With the development of the food industry,the freezing and storage of large animals can be seen everywhere.To meet the demand for thawing,a new control system based on a single-chip microcomputer-based rapid thawing device is designed.STM32F407ZGT6 is used as the core processor for the control of the entire system.Controlled M24FB-210A as the core heating sys⁃tem generates microwaves to provide heat,using a large range of DYLY-102 measurement to collect the weight information of the thaw body,using WZPT-100 platinum resistance temperature thermometer and TN901 infrared temperature sensor to measure the body and thaw body Surface temperature information,using AM2305 digital temperature and humidity sensor to detect humidity as the control temperature acquisition parameter,superconducting tube as the core device of the heat dissipation system and spray hu⁃midifier for humidification and cooling,considering all factors,using BP neural network PID algorithm to accurately control the tem⁃perature inside the cabinet to achieve the purpose of rapid thawing while ensuring the quality of food.
