Intelligent vision measurement of small defects in high precision gear

摘要 为精确测量高精密齿轮小缺陷,提出智能视觉方法。基于机器视觉构建包含CCD面阵传感器、点视觉激光传感器及IMAQ Vision软件等,通过CCD面阵传感器、点视觉激光传感器采集小缺陷图像,用双边滤波法去除图像噪声,用遍历法选取最佳阈值,用阈值分割法二值化处理噪后图像,用IMAQ Vision软件检测二值化图像边缘。结果表明:该方法的图像采集与处理效果优越且精度较高,测量结果稳定,平均误差仅为0.001 mm,能精确测量高精密齿轮小缺陷。 An intelligent vision method is proposed to accurately measure the small defects of high precision gears.Based on machine vision,the system was built by CCD array sensor,point vision laser sensor and IMAQ Vision software.Small defect images were collected by CCD array sensor and point vision laser sensor.Image noise was removed by bilateral filtering method.The best threshold was selected by the traversal method.The noisy image was binarized by threshold segmentation method,and the edge of binary image was detected by IMAQ Vision software.The results show that the image acquisition and processing effect of this method is superior and the accuracy is high.The measurement results are stable with the average error of only 0.001 mm.These indiate that this method can accurately measure the small defects of high-precision gears.
