岩藻黄质分布于褐藻、金藻、定鞭藻、硅藻、海洋浮游植物,以及牡蛎、蛤蚌等海洋资源中,研究表明其在减肥、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节血糖等多个方面具有显著的效果,具有广阔的开发前景。就岩藻黄质的抗氧化作用及其机制方面的研究进展进行综述。

Fucoxanthin is distributed in marine resources such as alginic,chrysophyceae,Haptophyta,diatoms,phytoplankton,oyster and clams.Studies have shown that it has significant effects on weight loss,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,blood sugar and other aspects,and has a broad prospect of development.This paper reviewed the research progress on the anti-oxidant effect and mechanism of Fucoxanthin.
