摘要
为适应新时期教学环境的新变化,进一步满足食品相关行业对高素质食品分析检测人才需求,改进“食品分析”教学方法,从教学内容选取、信息技术手段教学、班级学生员额、“食品分析”理论课程与实验课程的协同性等4个方面分别讨论了提升教学效果的具体措施,以及利用这些措施进行相互衔接的教学改革与实践。
In order to adapt to the new changes in the teaching environment in the new era,and further meet the needs of food related industries for high-quality food analysis and testing personnel,and improve the teaching method of Food Analysis,this paper discussesd the ways to improve the teaching effect from four aspects:the selection of teaching content,the teaching of information technology means,the class student posts,the coordination of Food Analysis theory course and experimental course physical measures,as well as the use of these measures to link up the teaching reform and practice.
