《医学心悟》痈疽诊疗思路探微

Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gangrene Carbuncle in Yixue Xinwu

新安医家程国彭在其著作《医学心悟》中详言内科,却对外科论述有所不及。后程氏复聚精会神,参悟外科旨要,附《外科十法》于书末,其中对于痈疽的诊疗思路详实,治法多元。通过对程国彭《医学心悟》中关于痈疽的诊疗体系梳理,总结其根据痈疽病程灵活选用艾灸、刀针、外敷等外治疗法,内服治法以及忌饮食、调情志、远虚劳的治后事宜等痈疽治疗经验,希冀对于后世治疗痈疽有一定指导作用,供现代研究者学习和思考。

CHENG Guo-peng,a doctor of Xin’an,elaborated on Internal Medicine in his book of Yixue Xinwu,but did not give a better description of Surgery.CHENG concentrated on the main points of Surgery afterwards,and wrote the book of Waike Shifa at the end of the book.Among them,the diagnosis and treatment of Gangrene Carbuncle was detailed and the treatment was diversified.Based on the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment system of carbuncle in CHENG Guo-peng’s medical mind.This paper summarizes the flexible selection of external treatment methods such as moxibustion,knife needle,external application according to the course of carbuncle,internal treatment and the experience of carbuncle treatment such as avoiding diet,flirting and distant fatigue,hoping to have a certain guiding role in the treatment of Gangrene Carbuncle in future generations for modern researchers to learn and think.
