基于《中医药治疗新冠肺炎疗效评价量表》对江西省新冠肺炎中西医结合救治医院28例患者的临床疗效分析

The Clinical Efficacy Analysis of 28 Patients in Jiangxi COVID-19 Treatment with Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Based on the Efficacy Evaluation Scale of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Treat by Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:回顾性分析江西省内28例新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者的临床疗效。方法:基于《中医药治疗新冠肺炎疗效评价量表》对中医组(13例)和中西医结合组(15例)进行疗效分析。收集并分析两组患者的临床资料,包括一般情况、中医症状信息、舌象、相关实验室指标、影像学表现,比较两组患者的临床疗效相关指标,包括临床症状积分、舌象、实验室指标、胸部影像改变。结果:(1)临床上新冠肺炎患者中湿热证相对多见,应用清热化湿抗毒方机会较多,疗效颇佳。(2)纯中医与中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎均有效,中西医结合组总有效率略高于纯中医组。结论:(1)江西省新冠肺炎中医药防治方案临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。(2)《中医药治疗新冠肺炎疗效评价量表》作为中医药治疗新冠肺炎疗效评价标准具有全面性、科学性。

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of 28 COVID-19 patients in Jiangxi province.Methods:To analyze the clinical efficacy of TCM group(13 cases)and integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine group(15 cases)based on the efficacy evaluation scale of novel coronavirus pneumonia treated by TCM.Clinical data of the two groups of patients were collected and analyzed,including general conditions,TCM symptom information,tongue image,relevant laboratory indicators,and imaging manifestations.The clinical efficacy indicators of the two groups were observed,including clinical symptom scores,tongue image,laboratory indicators,and chest image changes.Results:(1)Clinically,the syndrome of dampness-heat was relatively common in COVID-19 patients.(2)Both pure Chinese Medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine were effective in the treatment of COVID-19,and the total effective rate of the integrated Chinese and Western Medicine group was slightly higher than that of the pure Chinese Medicine group.Conclusion:(1)Jiangxi COVID-19 TCM prevention and treatment program was effective and worthy of popularization.(2)The efficacy evaluation scale of novel coronavirus pneumonia treated by TCMwas comprehensive and scientific as the efficacy evaluation standard for the treatment of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine.
