健康中国视域下中医药院校大学生创业能力培养存在的问题及路径选择研究

Research on The Path Selection of Entrepreneurship Training for College Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Perspective of Healthy China

随着"健康中国"战略的实施和《关于促进中医药传承创新发展的意见》的推进,社会大众对于中医药的重视程度越来越高,中医药事业开始迈向一个快速稳健发展的新时代。大力培养和提高中医药院校大学生创业能力,是当今国家和社会的迫切之需。本文基于"健康中国"战略的视域,研究当今时代对中医药院校大学生创业能力培养提出的使命要求,分析中医药院校大学生创业能力培养工作现存的问题,提出深化创新创业课程改革、强化高校创新创业意识,加强校企融合人才培育机制,建设优质创新创业基地,加强优质创业师资队伍建设、加大资金投入力度、完善创新创业人才、健全帮扶发展机制等解决路径。

With the promotion of the"healthy China"strategy and the launch of the"opinions on promoting the inheritance,innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine",the public are attaching more and more importance to TCM,and the cause of TCM is entering a new era of rapid and steady development.It is urgent for the country and society to cultivate and improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students of TCM.This article is based on the vision of"healthy China"strategy,studies the requirements of the present era for the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of college students in TCM colleges and universities and analyzes the existing problems.At the last,this paper proposes to deepen the reform ofinnovation and entrepreneurship curriculum and strengthen the awareness ofinnovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.Should to strengthen the talent cultivation mechanism for integrating schools and enterprises,build a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship base,strengthen the construction of high-quality entrepreneurship teaching staff,increase capital input,improve the talent pool for innovation and entrepreneurshipand improve the mechanism for supporting development.
