麦冬的炮制研究进展

Research Progress of Ophiopogon Japonicus

麦冬为滋阴之要药,具润肺生津,清热养阴之效,临床多用治阴虚劳咳、肺燥干咳等症,但麦冬在临床应用前必须进行炮制。为此,本文围绕麦冬炮制有关研究,对近年来的文献进行综述。主要就麦冬炮制历史沿革、现代炮制方法及这些方法对麦冬主要化学成分,如皂苷、多糖以及黄酮等,及其药效等有关研究进行文献整理与总结。现代研究对麦冬的炮制方面文献记载甚少,尤其是炮制对成分变化的影响研究。目前临床上多以麦冬去心为其主要炮制品,涉及辅料炮制品较少,只有在某些特定药方配伍中才对麦冬炮制有所要求。但麦冬去心炮制作用机理如何,是否有利于增强药效,仍有待深入研究。

Ophiopogonis is a kind of medicine for nourishing yin.It has the effect of nourishing lung and nourishing yin.Ophiopogon japonicus is mainly used in compound medicine,which has been recorded in the literature of the past dynasties,such as Erdong ointment for the treatment of lung and stomach dryness and heat,Erdong decoction for stomach Shengjin,Ophiopogon pill for throat sore,Ophiopogon powder for milk deficiency and so on.Ophiopogon japonicus must be concocted before clinical application.So far,there are many processing methods,such as net,cut,fried,rice,wine,etc.After processing,the properties of Ophiopogon japonicus usually changeso as to be compatible with other Chinese medicinal materials.The changes of saponins,polysaccharides and flavonoids in Ophiopogon japonicus before and after processing are also studied.In order to provide the basis for quality control and clinical use of Ophiopogon japonicus,the methods of Ophiopogon ophiopogonis preparation and its evolution,the effects of processing on its composition and efficacy were reviewed.
