医院员工社团组织发展与医院文化建设密切相关,医院可通过建立员工社团,提高员工整体素质,促进医院文化建设,提升医院的凝聚力和核心竞争力。本研究通过问卷调查和访谈,旨在对医院现有员工社团及活动进行评价,对影响社团评价的因素进行探讨,为提升员工社团的积极作用以及改善社团工作提供参考。

The development of the hospital staff associations is closely associated with the construction of the hospital culture.Through developing staff associations,the hospital can improve the overall quality of the staff,promote the construction of the hospital culture,and enhance the cohesion and core competitiveness.This study carried out a questionnaire survey and interviews,aiming to evaluate the existing staff associations and their activities in the hospital,to explore the factors affecting the evaluation of the associations,and to provide reference for improving the positive role and the work of the staff associations.
