疫情期间急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治流程的改造及实践

Reconstruction of Treatment Process for Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke during COVID-19 Pandemic

为应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间急性缺血性脑卒中患者的救治,我院卒中急救团队通过调整团队内部结构、预设临时卒中单元、改造急救流程、强化流程中的防控管理等举措,顺利实施急性缺血性脑卒中患者的救治。本文报告了本次流程改造的实践过程,以期为疫情期间相关诊疗流程改造工作及今后卒中急救团队应对此类突发公共卫生事件提供参考与借鉴。

In order to deal with the treatment of the patients with acute ischemic stroke during COVID-19 epidemic,the stroke emergency team in our hospital implemented the measures including adjusting the internal structure of the team,setting up temporary stroke units,improving the first aid process,and strengthening the prevention and control management in the process,and successfully provided treatment for them.This paper reported the practical process of this process improvement,so as to provide reference for related treatment process improvement and for stroke emergency team in coping with similar public health emergencies.
