基于SOP的深静脉血栓防控实践及效果分析

Practice and Effect Analysis of DVT Prevention and Control based on Standard Operation Procedure

目的探讨标准作业程序(SOP)指导下深静脉血栓(DVT)防控项目对住院患者DVT的预防效果。方法构建深静脉血栓防控护理SOP,采用便利抽样法,选取2017年1月至2018年12月在我院住院的1920名患者为研究对象。比较项目实施前与实施后护理人员对患者的DVT风险评估正确率、DVT预防措施落实率、DVT发生率及护理人员DVT防控知识掌握率、DVT上报率等指标。结果实施深静脉血栓防控护理SOP前后DVT风险评估正确率分别为59.58%(572/960)和90.83%(872/960)(p<0.001);DVT预防措施落实率分别为66.35%(637/960)和90.52%(869/960)(p<0.001);DVT发生率分别为22.8%(219/960)和19.90%(191/960)(p=0.119);DVT防控知识掌握率分别为57.4%(110/192)和88.2%(170/192)(p<0.001);DVT上报率分别为37.8%(83/192)和93.7%(179/192)(p<0.001)。结论基于SOP的DVT防控项目能有效提高护理人员及患者对DVT的认知水平,降低住院患者的DVT发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)prevention and control project based on standard operation procedure(SOP)on preventing DVT in inpatients.Methods Nursing SOP for DVT prevention and control was built.Convenience sampling method was used to select a total of 1920 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as the research objects.The accurate rate of DVT risk evaluation,implementation rate of DVT preventive measures,incidence of DVT,awareness of DVT prevention knowledge,and DVT report rate were compared between before and after implementing the project.Results Before and after implementing the DVT prevention and control project based on SOP,the accurate rate of DVT risk evaluation was 59.58%(572/960)and 90.83%(872/960)(p<0.001);the implementation rate of DVT preventive measures was 66.35%(637/960)and 90.52%(869/960)(p<0.001);the incidence of DVT was 22.8%(219/960)and 19.90%(191/960)(P=0.119);the awareness of DVT prevention knowledge was 57.4%(110/192)and 88.2%(170/192)(p<0.001);and the DVT report rate was 37.8%(83/192)and 93.7%(179/192)(p<0.001).Conclusion The DVT prevention and control project based on SOP can effectively improve the cognition of DVT in medical staff and patients,and can reduce the incidence of DVT in inpatients.
