世界经济的发展规律表明,唯有科技进步才是经济发展的根本源泉。党的十九届五中全会把创新摆在更加重要的位置,突出科技创新在国家现代化建设中所起的特殊作用。作为一个大国,中国应该通过走科技自立自强的道路,紧紧依靠创新塑造自身的大国发展优势。借助大国发展优势,中国不仅可以突破关键技术"卡脖子"的发展瓶颈,而且能在部分新产业领域形成非对称性优势,为建成现代化国家奠定坚实基础。"十四五"时期,确立什么样的主导产业,应根据对国内外经济形势的判断、科技发展趋势的把握以及需求端的变化做出选择。

The law of the world economic development shows that the only fundamental source of economic development is scientific and technological progress.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has placed innovation in a more important position,highlighting the special role of science and technology innovation in the modernization of the nation.As a great nation,China should shape its own development advantage by following the path of technological self-sufficiency and self-improvement and by relying closely on innovation.With the advantage of developing as a great nation,China can not only break through the bottleneck of key technologies,but also form asymmetrical advantages in some new industries,laying a solid foundation for building a modern nation.In the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the choice of the leading industry should be based on a judgement of the economic situation at home and abroad,a grasp of the development trends in science and technology and changes in demand.
