提升蛋品质的乳杆菌筛选及其作用机制研究

摘要 为筛选可有效提升蛋品质的乳杆菌,试验选取产蛋高峰后期的海兰褐蛋鸡,饲喂三种前期筛选出的肠道优势乳杆菌-乳杆菌A、乳杆菌B、乳杆菌C及其混合菌(乳杆菌A+B+C),连续拌料饲喂30 d。对产蛋性能及蛋品质的分析结果显示,饲喂乳杆菌B以及乳杆菌A+B+C可有效提升海兰褐蛋鸡的综合产蛋率、总蛋重、蛋白高度和蛋黄颜色有较好的提升作用。进一步对十二指肠黏膜的形态学分析结果显示,各乳杆菌组的十二指肠段V/C比值均高于对照组,且乳杆菌B以及乳杆菌A+B+C对V/C比值的提高作用最显著。综上所述,乳杆菌B以及乳杆菌A+B+C可有效提升海兰褐蛋鸡的产蛋性能及蛋品质,且肠黏膜吸收面积增大在此过程中发挥了关键作用。 In order to screen the Lactobacillus which can effectively improve the egg quality,the Hailan brown layers were selected to feed three kinds of intestinal dominant Lactobacillus,namely Lactobacillus A,Lactobacillus B,Lactobacillus C and its mixture(Lactobacillus A+B+C),and the Lactobacillus mixture was fed continuously for 30 days.The results showed that feeding Lactobacillus B and Lactobacillus A+B+C could effectively improve the comprehensive laying rate,total egg weight,protein height and yolk color of Hailan layers.Further morphological analysis of duodenal mucosa showed that the ratio of V/C in duodenal segment of each Lactobacillus group was higher than that of the control group,and the effect of Lactobacillus B and Lactobacillus A+B+C on V/C ratio was most significant.In conclusion,Lactobacillus B and Lactobacillus A+B+C can effectively improve the laying performance and egg quality of Hailan layers,and the increase of intestinal mucosal absorption area plays a key role in this process.
