摘要 当前人们生活水平的提升,也就对医疗服务质量以及水平提出了全新的要求,对于护理工作更是如此。对于护理人员的质量提升而言,最为关键的一点就是实习环节,这个环节就是将所学的理论知识转化成为专业技术。而在实习的环节中当前使用的方式之一就是实习带教,本文就在胸外科的护理实习中使用实习带教的问题、设计入手,提出了相应的解决对策,以期对今后实习带教的推广使用提供相应的帮助。 With the improvement of people’s living standard,a new requirement has been put forward for the quality and level of medical service,especially for nursing work.For the improvement of nursing staff’s quality,the most critical point is the internship link,which is to transform the theoretical knowledge into professional skills.One of the methods currently used in the link of practice is practice teaching.This paper starts with the problems and design of practice teaching in the nursing practice of thoracic surgery,and puts forward corresponding solutions,in order to provide corresponding help for the promotion and use of practice teaching in the future.
