基于聚类分析探讨罗玲主任医师治疗慢性鼻炎用药规律

Exploration on the Medication Rule of Chief Physician Luo Ling in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinitis Based on Cluster Analysis

目的探讨罗玲主任医师治疗慢性鼻炎用药和配伍规律。方法以2018年1月—2019年5月在罗玲主任医师门诊就诊的慢性鼻炎患者122例为研究对象,对罗玲主任医师治疗慢性鼻炎常用药物进行聚类分析,探索其治疗慢性鼻炎的常用药物和配伍规律。结果罗玲主任医师治疗鼻炎使用最多的药物为山药、射干、乌梅、川芎、半夏、桔梗、玄参、防风。聚类分析显示常用药物可分为4类:调和营卫,益气固表,解表散寒,宣通鼻窍类;降气化痰,解毒利咽类;行气化痰散结类;活血祛风类。结论罗玲主任医师治疗慢性鼻炎用药注重在调和营卫、益气固表中解表散寒、宣通鼻窍;于行气化痰散结中兼以清热,于降气化痰中解毒利咽,活血祛风,攻补兼施,标本兼治。

Objective to explore the drugs and compatibility of Chief Physician Luo Ling in the treatment of chronic rhinitis.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,122 patients with chronic rhinitis who were treated in Chief Physician Luo Ling outpatient department were selected as research objects.Cluster analysis was conducted on common drugs used by luo ling chief physician to treat chronic rhinitis,and the common drugs and compatibility rules were explored.Results The most commonly used drugs for treating rhinitis were Chinese yam,shoot dry,dark plum,ligusticum chuanxiong,pinellia ternata,platycodon grandiflorum,radix scrophulariae,divaricate saposhnikovia root.Cluster analysis showed that commonly used drugs can be divided into 4 categories:harmonizing yingwei,yiqi solid table,solution table san han,xuan tong nasal cavity type,reducing qi and resolving phlegm,detoxifying and benefiting pharynx,qi-dissipating phlegm type,promoting blood circulation and eliminating wind.Conclusion In the treatment of chronic rhinitis,Chief Physician Luo Ling paid attention to the solution of table san han and xuan tong nasal orifices in the treatment of yingwei,yiqi and solid surface.In the line qi hua tan san jie and to heat,in the qi hua tan detoxification benefit pharynx,huo xue dispel wind,attack and cure both symptoms and root causes.
