王荣欣教授经验方龙蝉地黄汤合二仙汤对脾肾两虚型难治性肾病综合征的临床分析

Analysis on the Effect of Professor Wang Rongxin in the Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type with Longchan Dihuang Decoction and Erxian Decoction

目的王荣欣教授经验方龙蝉地黄汤联合二仙汤加味对脾肾两虚型难治性肾病综合征的效果分析。方法选取2018年10月—2020年1月在大连友谊医院中医科就诊的60例难治性肾病综合征患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组30例西医治疗,试验组30例在对照组的基础上使用王荣欣教授经验方龙蝉地黄汤联合二仙汤加味进行治疗,比较患者治疗后肾功能指标(Upro、TP、ALB、CHOL、BUN以及Scr浓度),和2组患者疗效。结果试验组各项观察指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论王荣欣教授经验方龙蝉地黄汤合二仙汤加味治疗难治性肾病综合征,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Longchan Dihuang decoction and Erxian decoction on refractory nephrotic syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods From October 2018 to January 2020 in Dalian Friendship Hospital,60 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 30 cases used western medicine,and the experimental group of 30 cases used Longchan Dihuang decoction and Erxian decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison after treatment in patients with renal function indexes,namely Upro,TP,propagated,CHOL,BUN,Scr and concentration,and the curative effect of two groups of patients was carried out.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome,the effect of Longchan Dihuang decoction and Erxian decoction is effective.It is worthy of promotion.
