摘要
目的观察中西医结合辨证论治及护理类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法选取符合标准的60例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例西药配合中医辨证治疗及护理,对照组30例以西医常规治疗。疗程治疗结束后,对比2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合辨证论治及护理类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on treatment and nursing rheumatoid arthritis.Methods We selected 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who met the criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.treatment group used treatment and nursing of Western Medicine combined with TCM Syndrome differentiation,control group used the routine western medicine treatment,after the course of treatment,compare the curative effect between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by differentiation of syndrome and nursing is effective,and it is worth popularizing.
