PBL法在综合医院肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of PBL Method in Standardized Training of Oncology Residents in General Hospitals

肿瘤是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,肿瘤患者初诊因症状不同就诊于临床不同科室,为了使更多的肿瘤患者得到及时诊治,减少漏诊及误诊,肿瘤科也逐步纳入内科住院医师规范化培训范围,但是轮转时间普遍较短,因此提高带教质量尤为重要,本文结合上海交通大学附属第一人民医院肿瘤中心在住院医师规范化培训工作中运用PBL教学法的体会,对如何提高肿瘤科轮转住院医师培训效率进行初步探索。

Tumor is one of the main diseases threatening human health.Tumor patients are first diagnosed in different clinical departments because of their different symptoms.In order to make more tumor patients get timely diagnosis and treatment,reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,oncology has gradually been included in the standardized training of medical residents,but the rotation time is generally shorter,so it is very important to improve the quality of teaching.Based on the experience of PBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in our hospital,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on how to improve the training efficiency of rotating residents in oncology department.
