Since the 19th National Congress,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the cultivation of talents in the new era.As an important part of the training of talents in the new era,the training of talents in Chinese medicine schools must accurately grasp the connotation of Xi Jinping's talent concept in the new era.Studying Xi Jinping’s concept of talents in the new era,and clarifying its guiding significance to the training of talents in Chinese medicine hospitals,it will help Chinese medicine schools to train talents in the new era that conform to the trend of the times and meet the needs of development.
