摘要
为制备高性能的的白炭黑,以硅酸钠溶液和硫酸溶液为原料,开发了一种2段式制备方法,并进行了反应条件的优化。结果表明,在硅酸钠浓度40 mmol/L,硫酸的浓度1mol/L,一段、二段反应温度分别为40、60℃,终点pH为8的条件下,得到DBP吸油量为3.45 mL/g的优质白炭黑产品。该方法具有操作简单、反应条件温和、产品性能稳定的特点,为工业化制备优质白炭黑提供一定的指导意义。
In order to prepare high-quality Silica,a two-stage method was developed to use sodium silicate solution and sulfuric acid solution as raw materials.And through the optimization of reaction conditions,under the conditions of sodium silicate concentration40 mmol/L,first-stage reaction temperature of 40℃,second-stage reaction temperature of 60℃,and end point pH of 8,high-quality silica with DBP of 3.45 mL/g was obtained.The method has the characteristics of simple operation,warm reaction conditions and stable product performance,and provides certain guiding significance for the industrial preparation of high-quality silica.
