摘要
针对聚丙烯装置一闪线发生的粘料事件,对其产生的原因进行了详细分析,如主催化剂、丙烯原料组分、反应温度和压力、给电子体Donor-C输送泵和工艺流程及其含量等,最终发现给电子体含量低是造成该事件发生的真正原因。采取恢复生产措施,对一闪线内的粘料,采取火烧和钢丝球拉扯、蒸汽掩护的办法清理干净;重新配制给电子体,并跟踪化验分析新配给电子体含量,确认合格,然后用新配制的给电子体冲洗、置换给电子体计量罐及所经管线。重新进料开工后,聚丙烯装置运行正常。
The cause of adhesions in No.1 first flash line of polypropylene unit was analyzed in detail,such as the main Catalyst,the components of propylene raw materials,reaction temperature and pressure,the supply pump and the process of Donor-C and its content,etc.Finally,it was found that the real reason for the event was the low content of Donor-C.At the same time,measures to resume production were taken.Adhesions in No.1 first flash line were cleaned to be burned and dragged by steel wire ball under the cover of steam.Moreover,Donor-C was reformulated and analyzed to ensure eligibility.Then the metering tank and the pipeline of Donor-C were washed with the newly prepared electronic body.After recharging and starting work,the unit operates normally.
