摘要
为探究当前市售中式快餐盒饭的营养结构是否合理,以杭州各大便利店购买的20种中式快餐盒饭为研究对象,采用称重法获取其营养素含量,并分别使用DRIS法和NRF9.3值法进行分析,发现当前市售中式快餐盒饭存在脂肪含量超标,维生素和钾、钙元素不足等一系列问题。
In order to investigate the nutrition structure of the Chinese fast food on the market,20 kinds of Chinese fast food were purchased from major convenience stores in Hangzhou,and its nutrient content were obtained by weighing method,and respectively uses method of DRIS and NRF9.3,and results showed that there were a series of problems such as excessive fat content,insufficient vitamins,potassium and calcium in the current Chinese fast food.
