基于生态强省视域的农业绿色振兴与高质量发展对策思考

Considerations on Countermeasures of Green Revitalization and High Quality Development of Agriculture Based on the Perspective of Strong Ecological Province

农业绿色发展是生态文明建设的重要内容。文章在阐述习近平生态文明思想深刻内涵基础上,结合福建生态强省建设实践,分析了新时期农业绿色振兴与高质量发展的内在关系,阐述了福建生态强省建设取得的成效及获得的深刻启示,并从坚持生态文明建设、坚持乡村绿色振兴、坚持严格依法治理、坚持发展循环农业等方面提出了促进绿色农业高质量发展的对策。

Green development of agriculture was an important part of ecological civilization construction.On the basis of studying and explaining the profound connotation of Xi Jinping′s Thought of ecological civilization and combining with the practice of building an ecological province in Fujian,the internal relationship between the rural ecological revitalization and the green development of agriculture in the new era was analyzed in the paper.Achievements of Construction strong ecological province and enlightenment were expounded.Countermeasures for promoting high quality development of green agriculture were put forward from insisting on ecological civilization construction,insisting on green revitalization of countryside,insisting on harness on the legal base,and insisting on developing circular agriculture.
