农业科研基地选址与规划的实践与思考——以江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所为例

农业科研基地是农业科研单位开展科技创新、实现成果转化的重要场所和平台。文章阐述了农业科研基地功能定位的重要性以及如何做好功能定位,明确了交通条件、土壤和生态条件、水利条件、区位优势、当地规划、政府重视程度以及便于管理和布局等为基地选址的主要评估因子,指出农业科研单位的基地规划应做到根据基地的功能定位进行规划、根据当地资源状况进行合理规划、根据当地的水利条件做好水系规划等,以避免建设的随意性,使整个基地的建筑风格、整体环境一致,基地配套设施工程建设有序。

Agricultural scientific research base is an important place and platform for agricultural scientific research units to carry out scientific and technological innovation and realize the transformation of achievements.The importance of agricultural scientific research base function and how to do function orientation were expounded in the paper.It was made clear that the traffic conditions,soil and ecological conditions,water resources conditions,location advantages,local planning,the government attaches great importance to and facilitate the management of site selection and layout were main evaluation factors.It was suggested that the overall planning of base should be carried out according to the function orientation,local resources and water system condition,so that the building character was harmony with total environment,and base building process keep in order.
