The Chinese medical history course is a basic specialized course widely developed in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.The nature of its discipline is between social science and natural science,so there is a fusion and connection between theoretical knowledge teaching and the cultivation of humanistic quality.This role has innate advantages in Ideological and political education,and has a wide range of entry points in the specific content.It can be concluded that the Chinese medical history course is one of the few courses in the curriculum sequence of higher education of Chinese medicine,which can be widely combined with ideological and political education.By further exerting the advantages of discipline and curriculum,Chinese medical history can become a model of combining ideological and political education with professional curriculum in higher education of Chinese medicine.
