PBL结合微课的混合式教学模式在助产专业实践教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨PBL结合微课的混合式教学模式在助产专业实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018级护理专业的70名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35名。实验组在整个教学过程中采用PBL结合微课教学,对照组则单独采用PBL教学方式。将学生的理论课成绩和问卷调查结果作为评价教学效果的指标。结果实验组问卷调查结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生的理论知识与对照组学生的理论成绩相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组的实践技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在助产教学中,合理利用PBL结合微课的混合式教学模式,可获得较为理想的效果。 Objective To discuss the effectiveness of the micro-course combined with the PBL teaching model in midwifery teaching.Methods A total of 70 students from the 2018 nursing majors in our school were randomly selected into experimental and control groups,with 35 in each group.The experimental group used micro-courses combined with PBL teaching throughout the teaching process.The control group used PBL teaching alone.The students’theoretical course scores and questionnaire survey results were used as indicators to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The results of the questionnaire in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the theoretical scores of the experimental group and the scores of the control group students was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the scores of the practical skills assessment of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the midwifery teaching,the reasonable use of the PBL combined with the micro-class blending teaching mode can obtain better results.
