基于传统教学模式下PBL+CBL教学法在现代医院中医规培带教中的应用

The Application of PBL+CBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Modern Hospitals Based on Traditional Education Mode

现代西医院校附属医院中医规培带教是全科医生必须完成的临床带教,如何科学有效,教学相长地完成这一任务,方法学至关重要,在长期规培带教实践中,基于传统教学模式下介入以中医诊疗难点为基础的教学(PBL)+以中医经典治疗案例为引导的教学(CBL)模式,能够更好地训练规培医生的临床中医思维能力,把理论知识迅速转化为实践应用;培养规培医生发现中医问题、分析中医疗效和解决中医治疗难点的能力;锻炼临床综合思维应变能力,对于构建全科医学理论知识框架,激发规培医生的中医临床兴趣培养和技能的提升等均具有很大作用。在现代医院中运用三法联合教学进行中医规培带教,能够提高规培医生全科思维,理论联系实践,培养出更多的高素质临床全科医学人才。

The teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in the affiliated Hospital of modern Western medical university is the clinical teaching that general practitioners must complete.How to accomplish this task scientifically and effectively and how to teach and learn with each other Methodology is very important.In the long-term teaching practice,based on the traditional teaching mode,we should intervene the teaching mode based on the difficulties of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(PBL)+the teaching mode guided by the classic treatment cases of traditional Chinese medicine(CBL).It can better train the clinical TCM thinking ability of the discipline training doctors,rapidly transform the theoretical knowledge into practical application;cultivate the ability of the discipline training doctors to find TCM problems,analyze TCM curative effect and solve TCM treatment difficulties;train the clinical comprehensive thinking and strain ability,which is helpful to build the theoretical knowledge framework of general medicine,It is of great significance to stimulate the training of clinical interest and skills of doctors in traditional Chinese medicine.It can improve the general practice thinking of doctors,combine theory with practice,and cultivate more high-quality clinical general practice talents.
