基于治未病理论探析慢性萎缩性胃炎的防治

"治未病"理论是中医学的重要思想境界和精华,也是现代预防医学的最高体现,其基本内容主要涉及"未病先防,已病早治,既病防变,瘥后防复。"即积极预防疾病的发生,发病早期则积极干预、治疗,防止疾病加重、传变,并促进疾病的愈合,病情向愈后采取对应措施防止疾病复发。"治未病"理论的精髓是"未病先防""既病防变",对于疾病的防治意义非凡。慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)为临床常见病,因其高发病率和高癌变率,受国内外学者广为关注,降低CAG发病率、预防癌变、改善患者临床症状以及减轻患者精神负担至关重要。基于"治未病"理论,探讨分析CAG疾病的预防和治疗,改善广大患者临床症状,减轻其痛苦,同时为临床工作者提供新的思路和方向。

The theory of"preventive treatment of diseases"is an important ideological realm and essence of traditional Chinese medicine.It is also the highest embodiment of modern preventive medicine.Its basic contents are:"before disease is first prevented,disease is cured,and disease is prevented and changed."That is to actively prevent the occurrence of the disease,and actively intervene and treat it in the early stage of the disease,so as to prevent the aggravation and transmission of the disease,and promote the healing of the disease.The essence of the theory of"preventive treatment of diseases"is"prevention before diseases"and"prevention of both diseases",which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diseases.Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common clinical disease.It is widely concerned by scholars both at home and abroad because of its high incidence rate and high canceration rate.Therefore,it is very important to reduce the incidence rate of CAG,prevent cancer,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the mental burden of patients.Based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease",this paper discusses the prevention and treatment of CAG disease,so as to improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the pain of patients.Meanwhile,it provides new ideas and directions for clinical workers.
