Xu Jiping’s Experience in the Treatment of Hepatic Carcinoma from Spleen Deficiency

在肝癌的辨证论治中,徐基平认为肝癌大部分是在外感邪毒、情志内伤或是不洁饮食影响下,致脏腑功能失调,气血虚弱,气滞、血瘀、湿热等病理产物形成,肝疏泄功能失常,发为本病。肝癌病位在肝,而且和脾、肾二脏息息相关。治疗上强调健脾贯穿治疗全过程;注重木土关系,讲究肝脾同治。提出健脾利水渗湿、健脾疏肝理气、滋补肝肾兼健脾等原则。

To summarize the clinical experience of Xu Jiping’s differentiation and treatment of hepatic carcinoma.In the treatment of hepatic carcinoma based on syndrome differentiation,Xu believes that hepatic carcinoma is mostly caused by hepatitis,internal injury or unclean diet,resulting in the dysfunction of zang-fu organs,weakness of qi and blood,formation of pathological products such as qi stagnation and blood stasis,dampness,heat,phlegm and toxin,and abnormal function of liver drainage.hepatic carcinoma is located in the liver and is closely related to the spleen and kidney.The treatment emphasizes strengthening spleen throughout the whole process of treatment.Pay attention to the relationship between wood and soil,pay attention to liver and spleen pathogenesis.He put forward the principle of invigorating the spleen,benefiting water and dampness,invigorating the spleen,soothing the liver,regulating qi,nourishing the liver and kidney,and invigorating the spleen.
