壮医药线点灸结合针刺治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Point Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的观察壮医药线点灸结合针刺治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法应用医学样本统计对比法,随机选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院2017年8月—2018年8月以来收治的78例胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为2组,等分为对照组和干预组,给予对照组常规西医治疗,干预组壮医药线点灸结合针刺治疗,临床比对和观察2组治疗有效性。结果干预组临床治愈率41.03%(16/39)明显高于对照组临床治愈率23.08%(9/39),干预组临床总有效率100%(39/30)优于对照组94.87%(37/39),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医药线点灸结合针刺治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效确切,具有较高的治愈率,值得大力推广。

Objective to study the clinical value of line point moxibustion in the treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis.Methods selecting in November 2017 to November 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university kindly sorting zhuang medicine outpatient service,the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university,zhuang medicine outpatient treatment of 60 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis as research object,according the computer random distribution and the 30 cases of 30 cases were divided into group A and group B.Group A was treated with line moxibustion,while group B was treated with conventional moxibustion.The effective rate,the number of cervical lymph nodes before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate after 6 months were compared.Results in terms of treatment effectiveness,group A and group B were 93.33%and 82.38%,respectively,and group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of cervical lymph nodes in group A and group B was less than that before treatment(P<0.05).The number of cervical lymph nodes in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in group B was 6.67%.Conclusion in the process of treating patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis,it should be treated by line moxibustion of zhuang medicine,which has obvious curative effect and low recurrence rate,and is worthy of promotion.
