中医外科临床护理应用循证护理理念的价值探析

Analysis of the value of evidence-based nursing concept in clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine surgery

目的探究中医外科临床护理应用循证护理理念的价值。方法选枣庄市峄城区中医院396例外科患者,随机分2组,对照组常规中医外科护理;观察组采用循证护理;统计分析2组护理效果。结果观察组在患者满意度、中医证候积分、并发症发生情况等指标上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用循证护理理念对患者进行护理干预效果较好,能够减少患者并发症发生频率,提高患者的满意度,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the value of applying evidence-based nursing concepts in clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Methods A total of 396 patients with general surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine surgical nursing.Statistical analysis of the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The observation group performed better than the control group in indicators of patient satisfaction,TCM syndrome scores,and complications,P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing concept in nursing intervention has a better effect on patients,which can reduce the frequency of patient complications and improve patient satisfaction,which is worth further promotion.
