全科医师实习阶段增设临床药学实践教学改革探索

实践环节是临床药学教学的重要环节,是医学生安全合理用药技能培训的关键环节。针对目前实习阶段"重医轻药"的问题,在全科专业学生实习阶段增设临床药学的实践教学环节。通过构建基于临床真实背景的教学体系,围绕全科医师岗位需求整合临床药学实践教学课程,进行了课程体系、教学内容、教学模式等一系列的教学改革,实现了教学内容与岗位能力相对接,提高和规范全科实习医师的临床用药技能。
