摘要 目的探讨CBL结合Seminar教学法在肾病科本科生临床教学中的影响。方法选取安徽中医药大学2015级中医临床专业的50名本科生为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25名。观察组采用CBL结合Seminar教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过调查问卷和访谈形式对两种教学法进行评估,并对2组学生的考试成绩进行比较。结果大部分学生认为CBL结合Seminar教学法能激发学习兴趣、提高自学及分析等多方面的能力,并希望继续开展此方法进行教学;观察组考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肾病科本科生临床教学过程中,采用CBL结合Seminar教学法,有助于加强学生对基本理论和临床操作的掌握,大幅度提高教学效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of CBL combined with Seminar teaching method in clinical teaching of Undergraduates of nephrology.Methods Fifty undergraduates majoring in clinical Chinese medicine at the level of 2015 of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 students in each group.CBL combined with Seminar teaching method was used in the observation group,while traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Through questionnaires and interviews,the two teaching methods were evaluated,and the test scores of the two groups were compared.Results Most students think that CBL combined with Seminar teaching method can stimulate interest in learning,improve self-study and analysis ability,and hope to continue this method of teaching;the examination results of the observation group are significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching process of undergraduate students of nephrology,CBL combined with Seminar teaching method is helpful to strengthen students’mastery of basic theory and clinical operation,and greatly improve the teaching effect,which is worth popularizing and applying.
