宫颈癌患者术前疾病感知与术后近期生存质量的相关性分析

Analysis of the correlation between preoperative illness perception and postoperative short term quality of life in patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨宫颈癌患者术前疾病感知水平与术后近期生存质量的相关性,并分析生存质量的相关影响因素。方法采用方便抽样方法选取2018年12月至2019年6月就诊于我院的121例宫颈癌患者进行问卷调查,术前收集患者一般人口学资料、疾病相关资料及疾病感知资料,术后1个月调查患者生存质量状况。结果术前患者的疾病感知总分为(51.03±1.95)分,负性疾病感知处于中高水平;术后近期生存质量总分为(114.48±11.86)分,处于中等水平。经分层逐步回归分析,婚姻状况、是否生育、文化程度、治疗方式以及疾病感知能够对宫颈癌患者生存质量产生影响(P<0.05),且可解释总变异的35.5%。结论宫颈癌患者术前存在较多的负性疾病感知,且疾病感知对术后近期生存质量具有一定的预测作用,疾病感知和生存质量呈负相关。已婚、育有子女、文化程度高、治疗方式单一以及疾病负性感知评分低的患者生存质量高。因此,医护人员应早期为不同患者实施相关干预措施,减少患者的负性疾病感知,从而改善其术后生存质量。

Objective To explore the correlation between preoperative illness perception and postoperative short term quality of life in patients with cervical cancer,and to analyze the related influencing factors of quality of life.Methods A total of 121 patients with cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected by convenient sampling method for questionnaire survey.The general demographic data,disease-related data and illness perception data were collected before operation,and the quality of life of patients was investigated at one month after operation.Results The total score of preoperative illness perception was(51.03±1.95),and the negative illness perception was in the middle and high level;the total score of postoperative short term quality of life was(114.48±11.86),which was in the middle level.Stratified stepwise regression analysis showed that marital status,fertility or not,education level,treatment mode and illness perception could influence the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer(P<0.05),and could explain 35.5%of the total variation.Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer have more negative perception of illness before surgery,and illness perception has a certain predictive effect on postoperative short-term quality of life and is negatively correlated with quality of life.The patients who were married,and had children,high education level,single treatment method and low illness negative perception score had higher quality of life.Therefore,medical staff should implement early intervention measures for different patients to reduce patients’negative illness perception,so as to improve the quality of life after surgery.
