普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者炎症、氧化应激及血小板活性的改善效果

Improvement effects of probucol combined with rosuvastatin on inflammation,oxidative stress and platelet activity in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者炎症、氧化应激及血小板活性的改善效果。方法选取我院收治的96例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用普罗布考治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,ADL评分升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组OxLDL、MDA水平降低,SOD水平升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血小板活化率及血小板粘附率均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可提高患者的神经功能及日常生活能力,降低炎症及氧化应激反应,改善患者的血小板活性。

Objective To investigate the improvement effects of probucol combined with rosuvastatin on inflammation,oxidative stress and platelet activity in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety-six patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with probucol on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,NIHSS score decreased and ADL score increased in the two groups,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of OxLDL and MDA in the two groups decreased,while the level of SOD increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet activation rate and platelet adhesion rate of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probucol combined with rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke,it can improve the neurological function and daily life ability,reduce the inflammation and oxidative stress response,and ameliorate the platelet activity of patients.
