针灸联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气滞血瘀证的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的探讨针灸联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气滞血瘀证的临床效果。方法将60例神经根型颈椎病气滞血瘀证患者按照治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组在常规药物治疗基础上给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的各临床症状评分及总分均升高,VAS及NPQ评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气滞血瘀证的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Sixty patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into control group and observation group by the treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and total score in the two groups increased,VAS and NPQ scores decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant clinical effect.
