针对性护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of targeted nursing intervention on pain degree and sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨针对性护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的110例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(55例,常规护理)和观察组(55例,针对性护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果出院时,两组的BPI、SRSS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,两组的紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱评分均降低,精力、自尊感评分均升高,且观察组各项心理状态评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预应用于急性心肌梗死患者中可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善患者睡眠质量和心理状态,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effects of targeted nursing intervention on pain degree and sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(55 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(55 cases,targeted nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the BPI and SRSS scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic in the two groups decreased,while the scores of energy and self-esteem increased,and the scores of psychological states in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention applied to patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients,improve the sleep quality and psychological state of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
