吞咽功能训练联合低频电刺激在脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of swallowing function training combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in nursing of stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction

目的观察吞咽功能训练联合低频电刺激在脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的100例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予吞咽功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合低频电刺激。比较两组SSA评分、MNA评分、护理效果、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果护理后,两组SSA评分较护理前降低,MNA评分较护理前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理优良率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SF-36各维度评分较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吞咽功能训练联合低频电刺激在脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者护理中的应用效果较好,可有效改善患者的吞咽功能及营养状况,提高护理效果、护理满意度及生活质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of swallowing function training combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in nursing of stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods One hundred stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given swallowing function training,and the observation group was given low frequency electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The SSA score,MNA score,nursing effect,nursing satisfaction and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SSA scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,MNA scores were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the each dimension scores of SF-36 of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The swallowing function training combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in nursing of stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction has a good application effect,which can effectively improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients,improve the nursing effect,nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
