Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative fine nursing combined with continuous nursing on rehabilitation of children with orthopedics of lower limb cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 528 children with cerebral palsy who underwent lower limb orthopedic surgery and admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing methods, with 264 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given perioperative fine nursing combined with continuous nursing. The balance function, walking ability, motor function, living ability, psychological state of family members and occurrence of complication of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the Berg,FAC,GMFM and ADL scores of children in the two groups increased, while SAS and SDS scores of the children’s families decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative fine nursing combined with continuous nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of children with lower limb cerebral palsy after orthopedic surgery, improve the limb motor function of children and the psychological state of the families of children, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
