2种药用观赏植物的抗旱性比较

Comparison of Drought Resistance of Two Medicinal Ornamental Plants

采用盆栽自然干燥控水法,研究干旱胁迫对太原新引进的2种药用观赏植物紫萼玉簪和兰州百合的生理和生化指标的影响,并对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,从生理指标来看,随着干旱胁迫持续,兰州百合具有较好的保水和抗脱水能力;叶绿素含量均表现下降,但兰州百合下降幅度小于紫萼玉簪;细胞质膜透性增加,电导率均上升,兰州百合上升幅度较小。从生化指标来看,丙二醛含量均上升,兰州百合上升幅度较小;可溶性蛋白含量均上升,兰州百合上升幅度较大;紫萼玉簪的SOD和POD活性先上升后下降,在14 d时达到最高值;兰州百合SOD活性也先上升后下降,在21 d时达到最高值,POD活性呈现上升。综合评价2种药用观赏植物的抗旱性,兰州百合比紫萼玉簪更耐旱。

The effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical indexes of two newly introduced medicinal ornamental plants Hosta ventricosa and Lilium davidii var.unicolor.in Taiyuan were studied by pot natural drying water control method,and their drought resistance was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that,in terms of physiological indexes,Lilium davidii var.unicolor.had better water holding capacity and anti dehydration ability with the continuous drought stress.The chlorophyll content showed a downward trend,but Lilium davidii var.unicolor.decreased less.Cytoplasmic membrane permeability increased and the electrical conductivity of both plants went up,but Lilium davidii var.unicolor.increased less.In terms of biochemical indexes,the MDA content both showed an increasing trend,Lilium davidii var.unicolor.rised less.Soluble protein content both showed an increasing trend,but Lilium davidii var.unicolor.increased more.SOD and POD activities of Hosta ventricosa first increased and then decreased,reaching peak values at the drought stress of 14 d.SOD activities of Lilium davidii var.unicolor.first increased and then decreased,reaching peak value at the drought stress of 21 d,while POD activities of Lilium davidii var.unicolor.increased under the drought stress.Comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of two medicinal and ornamental plants,it could be concluded that Lilium davidii var.unicolor.had stronger drought resistance than Hosta ventricosa.
