集束化护理干预在稀有血型献血者队伍中的应用及对保留率的影响研究

目的分析集束化护理干预在无偿献血稀有血型献血者中的应用及对保留率的影响.方法研究对象为80例于2019年8月~2020年8月来血站参加无偿献血的稀有血型献血者,分组方法为随机数字表法,将常规护理应用于对照组献血者,将集束化护理干预应用于观察组献血者,每组献血者40例.对比血液保留率、献血后不良反应发生率、献血者对护理的满意度以及献血者二次献血率情况.结果干预后,观察组的献血合格率、献血后一年内二次献血率以及献血者对护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);献血不良反应发生率对比,观察组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论集束化护理干预在稀有血型献血者队伍中的应用价值显著.

0bjective To analyze theapplication of clustered nursing intervention inthe rare blood group in unpaid blood donationand its influence on the retention rate.MethodsThe subjects of the study were 80 patients withrare blood types who came to the blood stationto donate blood free of charge from August2018 to August 2020.The grouping method wasrandom number table method.Routine care wasapplied to the blood donors in the control groupand clustered Nursing intervention was appliedto blood donors in the observation group,40 blood donors in each group.The blood retention rate,the incidence of adverse reactions after blood donation,the satisfaction of blood donors to nursing,and the second blood donation rate of blood donors were compared.Results After intervention,the qualified rate of blood donation in the observation group,the rate of second blood donation within one year after blood donation,and the satisfaction of blood donors with care were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);adverse treatment reactions occurred.The comparison rate is lower for the observation group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Cone I us i on The application value of clustered nursing intervention in rare blood types in unpaid blood donation is significant.
