摘要
目的分析超声引导下水压灌肠对肠套叠患儿治疗的影响.方法选取我院科室在2018年12月~2020年5月期间收治的34例肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,采用超声引导下水压灌肠复位疗法;统计患者治疗期间复位成功率,观察其并发症发生例数,统计患者一次性复位成功率,分析患儿平均复位时间、平均住院时间及平均大便隐血时间.于治疗前后采集患儿复位前后的静脉血3mL,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的表达水平.结果34例肠套叠患儿经超声引导下水压灌肠治疗,一次复位成功率97.06%,平均复位时间(8.91±1.57)min,大便隐血时间(1.62±0.48)d,住院时间(4.61±1.48)d.34例肠套叠患儿经超声引导下水压灌肠治疗后,出现1例发热患儿,2例腹泻患儿,无肠穿孔,并发症发生率为8.82%.34例肠套叠患儿治疗后血清CRP(10.21±1.63)mg/L,低于患儿治疗前CRP(2.49±0.59)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超声引导下水压灌肠复位治疗肠套叠有显著效果,复位成功率高,并发症少,有积极推广意义,值得应用.
Objective To analyze the influence of ultrasound-guided hydroclysis on the treatment of intussusception children.Methods 34 cases of intussusception children admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The success rate of rerluction during treatment was counted,the number of complications was observed,the success rate of one-time reduction was counted,and the mean reduction time,mean hospital stay and mean fecal occult blood time of the children were analyzed.Venous blood samples of 3mL before and after reduc tion were collected before and after treatment,and the expression level of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Resu Its 34 cases of intussusception children underwent ultrasound—guided hydroclysis,the success rate of one reduction was 97.06%,the mean rerluction time was(8.91±1.57)min,the fecal octurosis time was(1.62±0.48)d,and the hospital stay was(4.61±1.48)rl.In 34 cases of intussusception,there were 1 case of fever and 2 cases of diarrhea after ultrasound—guided hydroclysis,and there was no intestinal perforation.The incidence of complications was 8.82%.The serum CRP of 34 intussusception children after treatment was(10.21±1.63)mg/L,lower than that before treatment(2.49±0.59)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cone Iusion The treatment of intussusception by water pressure enema under ultrasound guidance has remarkable effect,high success rate of reduction,few complirations,positive promotion significance,and is worth applying.
