摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定桂枝散结丸中苦杏仁苷的含量.方法采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为210nm.结果苦杏仁苷在0.25~3.75μg内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=7);平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为0.9%(n=6).结论该方法简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于桂枝散结丸的质量控制和评价.
Objective To determine the content of amygdalin in Guizhi Sanjie pills by HPLC.Method Using C 18 chromatographic,column,methanol-water(20:80)as mobile phase,the detected wavelength was 210nm.Result The peak area of amygdalin in 0.25~3.75 showed a good linear relationship with the injection volume(r=0.9999,n=7);the average recovery reached 101.4%while RSD was 0.9%(n=6).Conc I us i on The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can he used for quality control and evaluation of Guizhi Sanjie pills.
