摘要
介绍和解读2019年美国心脏协会(AHA)发布的《AHA冠状动脉非阻塞性心肌梗死诊断和管理科学声明》,为我国冠状动脉非阻塞性心肌梗死(MINOCA)病人的诊断和管理提供参考。MINOCA逐渐引起国内外心血管病专家的重视,我国目前尚无MINOCA相关专家共识或指南。
Myocardial Infarction in the Absence of Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease(MINOCA)has gradually attracted the attention of cardiovascular experts around the world.There is currently no MINOCA related expert consensus or guideline in China.We introduced and interpreted the"Contemporary Diagnosis and Management of Patients with Myocardial Infarction in the Absence of Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease:a Scientific Statement from the American Heart Association"issued by the American Heart Association(AHA)in 2019,aiming to provide a reference for the diagnosis and management of MINOCA patients in China.
