商洛学院药学类人才创新创业能力培养模式探讨

Discussion on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Mode of Pharmaceutical Talents in Shangluo University

为了适应新时代、新技术、新工业的发展要求,推进我市制药行业技术发展和产业升级,提高药学后备人才的创新创业能力,我们做出了一系列探索,提出了以“学科竞赛”为推手促进学生创新创业能力培养,包括设置开放性实验项目、实施第二课堂培养计划和组建大学生科研团队。本文为药学类人才创新创业能力培养提供了全新的思路。

In order to meet the development of new ages,new technology and new industry,promote the development of pharmaceutical industry and industrial upgrading,improve the innovation ability of pharmaceutical students,a strategy with the“discipline competition”as effective measure to training the innovative ability of students was presented,including set up open experimental project,implementation of the second classroom training plan,and building the undergraduate scientific research team.This provided a newly idea for cultivation of students innovation and entrepreneurship ability in pharmaceutical student.
