摘要
当前针对一段时期内重特大爆炸事故事故树分析较为匮乏,本文通过对2010年至2019年以来国内发生的化工及危化品企业重特大爆炸事故进行分析,总结并提炼事故发生最重要的基本事件,最大可能减少了以往事故树分析时重理论轻实际的缺陷,起到提高预防爆炸事故发生措施的针对性、有效性的作用;通过对爆炸事故树的最小割集、最小径集进行计算,并根据最小径集提出相应的控制措施。
At present,in view of the lack of fault tree analysis of major and extra large explosion accidents in a period of time,the major and extra large explosion accidents of chemical and hazardous chemical enterprises in China from 2010 to 2019 were analyzed,the most important basic events of accidents were summarized and refined,which can reduce the defect of emphasizing theory but neglecting practice in the past fault tree analysis,and improve the prevention of explosion accidents.Therefore,it can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the measures.Through the calculation of the minimum cut set and the minimum path set of the explosion accident tree,the corresponding control measures were proposed according to the minimum path set.
