不同安装角度下刀型齿的力学模型与数值模拟

摘要 为了探究JBZ75型刀型齿在不同阶段下受力特性,分析其不同安装角度下的三向载荷变化,建立了不同变形阶段下其刀型齿的受力模型,根据单因素控制变量分析方法,利用ABAQUS分别模拟不同安装角度下该刀型齿截割煤岩的应力分布及三向载荷变化,结合正交实验获得最适用于新型刀型齿的安装角度。结果表明,圆周切向安装角3°、轴向倾斜角0°、二次旋转角0°,是JBZ75型刀型齿安装参数的最优方案。JBZ75型刀型齿截割煤岩的安装角度符合其径向安装的设计理念。 This paper aims to investigate the force model of JBZ75 cutter teeth in different stages and analyze the change of three-dimensional force load under different installation angles.The investigation is accomplished by developing the stress model of the cutter in different deformation stages;simulating the stress distribution and three-dimensional force load change of cutter cutting coal and rock under different installation angles using the single factor control variable analysis method and,ABAQUS;and analyzing the installation angle of the new cutter,combined with orthogonal test.The results show that the circumferential tangential installation angle of 3°,the axial inclination angle of 0°,and the secondary rotation angle of 0°are the optimal solutions for the installation parameters of JBZ75 cutter tooth.The installation angle of JBZ75 cutter cutting coal and rock conforms to the design concept of radial installation.
