认为广东地区新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")是以热毒为基本属性的疫疠之气所致,从发病季节及病邪性质看,可归属于温邪为主的疫疠范畴,可称之为"风温""温热疫"。基于对广东地区新冠肺炎病因、病机的认识,分析肺炎1号方的组方思路与在清热解毒、透邪清宣及止咳化痰的同时使用益气养阴的理论创新点,为积极开展中医药救治新冠肺炎及其他新发突发呼吸道传染病提供借鉴。

It is considered that coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Guangdong was caused by pestilent qi of heat toxin.According to the onset season and the nature of the pathogen,COVID-19 in Guangdong can be attributed to the category of warm-pathogen dominant pestilence,which was called"wind-warmth"or"warm-heat epidemic".Based on the comprehension of etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 in Guangdong,the formulation principle of Pneumonia No.1 Formula(肺炎1号方)was analyzed;and the innovation of the therapeutic principles lied in that qi-boosting and yin-nourishing method was integrated when clearing heat and resolving toxins,venting pathogen through clearing and diffusing the lung,and relieving cough and dissolving phlegm.The analysis could provide a reference for using traditional Chinese medicine to treat COVID-19 and other emerging respiratory infectious diseases of sudden onset.
