心理因素与针刺治疗痛症疗效的相关性探析

Psychological Factors in Correlation to Acupuncture Analgesia Effect

痛症是针刺临床治疗的优势病种之一,疼痛是一种复杂的生理、心理活动,心理因素与疼痛发生关系密切,对针刺镇痛的疗效有一定影响,同时心理因素也可能诱发一定的安慰剂效应。通过梳理总结近年来心理因素对针刺镇痛疗效影响的相关文献,认为良性情绪状态、认知反应及人格特征等心理因素对针刺镇痛效果有积极促进作用,不良心理因素则有消极减效作用,对疼痛患者进行正确的心理引导有助于提高针刺治疗痛症的疗效;安慰剂效应是针刺镇痛过程中不可避免的一部分,应加以合理运用。

Pain is one of the dominant diseases of acupuncture.As pain is a complex physiological and psychological activity,its occurrence is closely related to psychological factors,which may influence the analgesia effect of acupuncture,and simultaneously may induce a placebo effect.This paper summarized the literature in recent years which studied the influence of psychological factors on acupuncture analgesia effect.The analysis showed that psychological factors such as benign emotional status,cognitive response and personality played an active role in promoting the effect of acupuncture analgesia,while the negative psychological factors attenuated the analgesia effect.Therefore,appropriate psychological counseling and guidance can help improving the effect of acupuncture on patients with pain.The placebo effect during acupuncture for analgesia was inevitable and should be dealt with reasonably.
