摘要
为解决某轻卡加速轰鸣问题,文章基于Nastran有限元法,对车架第二横梁及优化方案进行了模态分析,并通过NVH振动测试试验,有效解决了该车型加速异响轰鸣问题,满足设计目标要求。
In order to solve the problem of acceleration and roar of a light truck,based on the Nastran finite element method,the modal analysis of the second cross beam and optimization scheme of the frame is carried out,and the NVH vibration test is carried out,which effectively solves the problem of abnormal noise and noise of the vehicle,and meets the design requirements.
